Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene and health safety regulations, certain personal care products and innerwear items that have been opened or tried on may be subject to strict inspection or restricted from return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Simple Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at boxersheroformen@gmail.com with your original order number and proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our support team will provide you with the appropriate instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same model, send us an email at boxersheroformen@gmail.com.
