Delivery Timeframes
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to monitor your package transit movements online via our tracking partners.
Customs delays and Import Duties
Boxhero is not responsible for international delays caused by customs clearance procedures, sorting hub backups, or local holiday interruptions. Please note that any import customs duties, local taxes, or regulatory handling fees applied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
